Important points for exhibitors travelling to Japan:

• In the flight , you will get these 3 forms to fill- Declaration , Custom declaration and Immigration
• MySOS if it works in your country, it needs to be filled. Please keep the MYSOS app downloaded in your phones and passport details filled. They will give you a QR code on the spot to fill the form. This form needs to be filled at the airport only. Free internet is available at the airport. Do not mention “ I had fever”, “ I had cough “ etc anywhere. Please mention that health is OK everywhere. Also, I was not in contact with anybody else who had fever or cough.
• Once that form is filled, they will check your vaccine certificate and if all ok will give a blue pass. Then you have to go for immigration.
• Once out, you can go to hotel through taxi, local transport.The distance of the venue from the Haneda Airport is 15 km.
• Data cards are available at airport and it’s better to take from there. No calling is available in those cards.
